EXPEDITED SHIPPING: Please call us to confirm it can be done.
Please carefully review your shipping Address on your order. If your address is wrong or undeliverable, and your package is returned to us, you will be charged for the package to be shipped again. If you need to change your address, please contact us immediately, as charges can occur if your order has already shipped.
We process most in-stock orders within 2 business days, often faster. Custom orders and packages can take longer. Our website uses the posted carrier rates to estimate shipping, but it doesn't always estimate accurately, so we may not send by the carrier you request. We assume you're just looking for the cheapest, fastest way, but If you need your gear to go by a specific carrier, PLEASE specify that in the notes.
Transit Times:
USPS Priority Mail estimates (but does not guarantee) 2-3 days in the US.
USPS Priority Mail International estimates (but does not guarantee) 6-10 *business* days in transit to most countries.
UPS/FedEx Ground from our shop in CA to YOU.
UPS Ground from our warehouse in MN to YOU.
We usually ship from our store in San Diego, California using the most cost-effective and fastest of the options above. All International orders ship via USPS. United States (including Alaska & Hawaii)
Skates usually cost $25 to send. Wheels usually cost $12. Rookie packages usually cost $35 in the continental US, $60 in Alaska in Hawaii. There are exceptions.
International Shipping
Our standard shipping is USPS Priority Mail International insured, which estimates 6-10 business days in transit (plus customs), but sometimes takes longer. Skates usually cost $75 to ship outside the US. Rookie packages usually cost $130. If you just want a set of wheels, it is about $60, unfortunately. Most other items cost based on weight, with heavier items (like several sets of wheels) or bulky items (helmets, pads) costing the most. We automatically send EVERYTHING International INSURED. If you are overcharged for shipping, we will refund some of the charges. It can be cheaper, f you don't want your package insured, but your risk your package being lost or stolen with no payback.
CUSTOMS FEES and TARIFFS
International shipments are
subject to customs fees charged by the receiving country. The rates are
determined by each individual country based on the value of the goods in
that country's currency, which changes constantly. Many international
skaters try to combine their orders to save on shipping. Shipping is
based on weight, so there is often not much of a savings - and often
larger value orders incur the attention of customs, meaning: customs
fees! So please check your country's import laws. It might be worthwhile
to have us ship multiple packages worth less. We're sorry, but we can't
undervalue packages. If you know what
your customs thresholds are, we can work with you to package your goods
in a way that costs you the least amount of shipping and customs.
Please don't hesitate to call or email with questions!
