McDavid Groin Strap

Protection Level I The McDavid Groin Strap warms and protects the "jammer muscles" (those groin muscles needed for sprinting and fast twitch movements), and features a contoured, low profile neoprene strap with 2-way stretch and Velcro closures for optimum fit and adjustability. Adds warmth and compression to upper thigh and hamstrings. Closed cell neoprene retains body heat and promotes healing. Contoured for comfort (ie so your crotch has a cutout spot). One size fits 16-26" mid-thigh. Single, black only. Strongly recommended! This wrap allowed Ivanna to continue to jam during an intense interleague game after a hideously painful groin pull. Trish LOVES this for upper hamstring bothers. The worst thing about this wrap is that your teammates will constantly borrow it.

The neoprene groin strap is amazing! Groin strains are hard to ACE wrap, but the wrap allows you to provide tight compression so you can still skate! Now, if my groin is bothering me I just throw on the brace and skate as much as I want. The same wrap can be used for compression to the quad or hamstring, too. I highly recommend this to everyone who has a groin, quad or hamstring injury.
